Initially, each Curzon candidate is thoroughly phone screened and qualified based on his location, education and employment history. This allows us to determine if his career goals meet Curzon Staffing’s proven high standards.
A Curzon Staffing Account Manager thoroughly interviews each candidate in person. We review not only employment history, but also short and long-term career goals, availability and interests. We use behavioral interviewing techniques to gain insight into the candidate’s level of competency.
Testing and Evaluations
Curzon Staffing utilizes the Kenexa Prove-It! Skills Assessment system, which includes online testing and training on all major software packages. With over 800 tests available, we offer customized testing to your specifications, including skill sets by position title, software testing, writing and communication skills, and many more.
Curzon Staffing secures thorough supervisory references and employment verifications on each candidate. An Account Manager personally speaks to a candidate’s past supervisors to determine his strengths and weaknesses. National criminal background and credit checks are also available upon request.
Every Curzon employee is thoroughly screened, interviewed, reference checked and skills tested. In addition, we offer a 4-hour guarantee on temporary employees and a 60-day guarantee on direct hire employees.
