At Curzon Staffing, we will work one-on-one with you to learn about your background, skills and interests. We can then match you with a position that’s a terrific fit for you. In addition, we recruit for many companies throughout northern Virginia and the D.C. Metro area who do not advertise their job openings. As a result, we can give you more access to better jobs.
No, we never charge a fee to candidates.
We fill a variety of temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire, and executive-level positions in Administrative/Office, Non-Profit and Association, Accounting/Finance, IT, HR, Marketing/Sales, Medical, Legal and Human Resources.
Temp-to-hire means you are working as a Curzon employee at a client site with the possibility of being hired full-time by the client after a predetermined number of weeks. If your assignment converts to a full-time hire, you will become an employee of the company where you are working.
We work with many non-profits and associations throughout Alexandria and the D.C. Metro area. We also work with a variety of other businesses, including law, financial, real estate, engineering, marketing and PR firms.
What if I am not interested in a certain position when it is offered; is it all right to turn it down?
We realize that not every job is going to meet your expectations. If you are not interested in a position, you are free to decline. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences.
Depending on the position you’re seeking, your recruiter will let you know when to check in. As a general policy for temping, we ask that you give us an update weekly on your availability.
